Refund Policy

At FitnessAndContent.com, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Digital Content: Refund requests for digital content (e.g., eBooks, online courses) must be made within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed if the content has not been downloaded or accessed.

  • Physical Goods: Refund requests for physical products (e.g., fitness equipment, merchandise) must be made within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Fitness Services: Refund requests for fitness services (e.g., personal training sessions, fitness plans) must be made within 7 days of purchase and before the service is rendered.

Delivery Policy

  • Digital Content: Access to digital content is provided immediately upon successful payment. You will receive an email with download or access instructions.

  • Physical Goods: We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on your location:

    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

  • Fitness Services: Upon purchase, you will receive an email to schedule your fitness service. Services are provided according to the availability of our trainers and your preferred schedule.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our return policy:

  • Physical Goods: Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. They must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

  • Digital Content: Due to the nature of digital content, returns are not accepted. Refunds are available under the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.

  • Fitness Services: Returns are not applicable for services rendered. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us to discuss your concerns and potential solutions.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Access to subscription content will continue until the end of the current billing period.

  • Reservations: Cancellations for fitness services must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements.

  • Digital Content: Cancellations for digital content purchases are not accepted once the content has been accessed or downloaded.
